Palo Alto-based Hang Ten Systems raised $32 million in seed funding in June 2026 to expand its enterprise AI services business and grow its work with large global companies.

On paper, the company is an enterprise AI services provider. In practice, its pitch is more ambitious: turning traditional enterprise digital transformation β€” historically a slow, consulting-heavy process β€” into a repeatable, AI-native operating model. The company says it helps large enterprises build, modify, and run business software faster and more cheaply using agentic code generation and reusable skills libraries, paired with deep domain expertise in the sectors it serves.

The seed round's size is notable for the stage β€” a signal that investors are willing to write large early checks when a founding team has already demonstrated it can execute inside complex enterprise environments, not just present a compelling AI narrative.

Hang Ten's raise fits a broader theme running through June's funding data: capital increasingly rewards founders who can hide complexity from enterprise buyers and replace slow, expensive human workflows with software, rather than founders selling AI as a feature bolted onto existing tools.
