HappyRobot has raised $150 million in Series C funding at a $1.2 billion post-money valuation, led by Prysm Capital and co-led by Eurazeo, bringing the enterprise AI agent company's total funding to roughly $200 million.
The company builds AI agents designed to handle complex, multi-step enterprise operations across phone calls, emails, documents, and internal systems -- work that has traditionally required significant human coordination across departments. HappyRobot was founded in 2022 by three Spanish founders who pivoted from a discontinued computer vision startup, and the company now serves more than 150 enterprise customers including DHL, Kuehne+Nagel, Naturgy, Repsol, and Uber, having grown fivefold since its Series B less than a year ago.
The round drew participation from existing investors Andreessen Horowitz, Base10 Partners, and Y Combinator, alongside strategic backers including Koch Disruptive Technologies, Orange, and Deutsche Telekom's T.Capital. According to the company, enterprise deployments typically go live within four to twelve weeks, with one customer now automating roughly 28,000 hours of work monthly, and customer service deployments averaging over 70 percent autonomous resolution alongside a 9.4 out of 10 satisfaction score.
HappyRobot's growth also reflects a deliberate expansion strategy: having built its initial traction in logistics and supply chains, the company is now moving into insurance, energy, telecommunications, and airlines, positioning itself against competitors like Parloa and Sierra in the broader enterprise AI agent category.
For founders building enterprise AI, HappyRobot's trajectory highlights what increasingly separates funded AI agent companies from the rest: not just getting an agent to complete a single task, but building the governance and integration layer that lets agents operate reliably across genuinely complex, multi-step business workflows without requiring employees to change how they work.
