3. Editorial Services
GlobalFounderTimes publishes original editorial articles, interviews, founder profiles, and business features based on independent research and publicly available information. Editorial content reflects the independent judgment of our editorial process.
4. Commercial Publication Features
Where GlobalFounderTimes offers any paid publication feature (e.g., sponsored content, featured placement, premium listings), such features will be clearly and appropriately disclosed to readers (e.g., labeled "Sponsored" or "Paid Feature") and are never presented as independent editorial coverage.
5. Intellectual Property

7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site to engage in unlawful activity; transmit spam, malware, or harmful code; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content without permission; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any party; or submit false or misleading information.
8. AI-Assisted Content
GlobalFounderTimes' editorial workflow may make use of AI-assisted drafting tools as part of producing content based on publicly available information, always under human editorial review. This does not diminish our commitment to factual accuracy and independent editorial judgment.
9. Editorial Independence
GlobalFounderTimes retains full editorial discretion. Submission of a story, enquiry, or request does not guarantee publication, and does not guarantee favorable coverage. Editorial decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship.
10. Refund & Cancellation
Where GlobalFounderTimes offers a paid publication feature, cancellation requests must be submitted within two (2) weeks of the original order. Requests submitted within this window will be reviewed and processed accordingly. Requests submitted after this two-week period will generally not be eligible for cancellation or refund. 17. Copyright Complaints
GlobalFounderTimes respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). 20. Changes to These Terms
